ISO 9001:2008 Update Breakfast Session

To help you interpret the changes, NCS International has scheduled ISO 9001:2008 ‘update’ breakfast seminars across the country.

The breakfast seminar will cover the variety of clarifications on the 2000 version of the standard and also explain how it has been developed to align further with the international environmental standard ISO 14001.

The objective of the breakfast is to help you understand the impact the new standard has on your quality management systems.

For those who wish to refresh their knowledge of the entire ISO 9001:2008 standard, they are invited to stay on and attend an optional session which will review the standard in detail to ensure all aspects of the standard are being covered by your system.

Serving our clients is our main priority and in an effort to improve the level of service we deliver NCS International will be conducting a customer improvement survey over the next year.

This survey will be facilitated annually and gives you, the client, an opportunity to comment on your relationship with NCS International staff, services and products. The survey will be sent to a sample of clients each quarter until it has been distributed to all clients.

Please take the time to fill out the survey as this will directly influence decisions made by NCS International.
