Update breakfast for the 2008 issue of ISO 9001

At the conclusion of the breakfast session that overviews the changes, an optional session will continue to detail each part of ISO 9001:2008. This session will break for lunch and continue to 4pm.

All stakeholders in Quality Management Systems will benefit from this overview of the new version of ISO 9001. This includes Quality Managers, top management, internal auditors and those involved in continuous improvement.

The optional, detailed session will be of particular value to those responsible for the management and compliance of their Quality Management System. All sections of the standard will be reviewed allowing delegates to compare and contrast their current system and identify any short comings.
 
 
Course objectives

On completion of the breakfast session course participants will have an understanding of:

• the areas of change in ISO9001:2008 compared to ISO9001:2000
• the impact of the changes on the compliance of your Quality Management System 
• recommended changes to your Quality Management System
  

Those delegates who complete the optional second session will have an understanding of the changes to ISO9001 in each clause and the impact on:

• the eight quality management principles and the philosophies that underpin ISO 9001:2008;
• the requirements of ISO 9001:2008;
• the documentation requirements of ISO 9001:2008;
• the process approach and system approach to management;
• continual improvement

Fees: $154 + $440 for optional extra session(Inc GST)

Course hours: 7.00am for start at 7.30am - 9.00am with optional extra session continuing until 4.00pm.
